КНЕУ ім.Вадима Гетьмана має кафедру фізичного виховання на якій працюють викладачі з різних видів спорту.Кафедра здійснює свою діяльність на базі спорткомплексу "Економіст ". Заняття з фізичного виховання проводяться за спеціалізаціями: атлетична гімнастика (чоловіки, жінки), плавання, баскетбол, футбол, оздоровчий фітнес, спеціальна медична група. Окрім того, працюють секції: 2 тренажерних зала, басейн, настільний теніс, футбол, волейбол, баскетбол, армрестлінг, шахи, шашки, дартс, фітнес, спеціальна медична група. Що року проходить Спортакіада КНЕУ серед студентів, та Спартакіада здоров'я серед професорсько-викладацького складу та співробітників. Постійно берем участь у студентських іграх міста Києва, районних змаганнях серед студентів та викладачів. Студенти КНЕУ є учасниками та призерами України та міжнародних змагань
